What you'll do

  • Ship production backend features — design, develop, test and deploy with best practices.
  • Solve real product problems under mentorship and own end-to-end outcomes.
  • Work across APIs, data structures, and resilient service design.

Who should apply

  • 0–2 months of product or software engineering experience (freshers welcome).
  • Proficiency in a language such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Strong fundamentals: APIs, testing, edge-case thinking, data structures, algorithms.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, eagerness to learn, and product empathy.
  • Bonus: experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to speed up development and debugging.
