The Impact You Will Be Making

As a Data Analyst, you will provide end-to-end support to product development and analytics services teams while maintaining strong client relationships. This is a critical role to drive insights, problem-solving, and decision-making for enterprise SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Support product development and analytics services end-to-end.
  • Convert business use cases into product modules.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conduct abstract problem-solving and ideation for business challenges.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Work on database management, detection, reporting, analysis, and resolution.

What Lands You in This Role

  • 3–6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience with retail demand and fulfilment processes:
    • Inventory allocation & replenishment
    • Merchandising buying
    • Product attribution
    • Pricing, promotions, and clearance activities
  • Knowledge of Github and API creation is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong academics.
  • Prior experience working on a product is a plus.
